The project aims to consolidate and improve diagnosis, prevention, rehabilitation and treatment services for deaf and hard-of-hearing children in Palestine.

To achieve this goal, the John Paul II Foundation is collaborating with theEffetà Institute in order to improve the quality and sustainability of educational and speech rehabilitation services for children attending the Institute, and organizes family orientation meetings to support parents in their child's growth.

Finally, the project aims to improve the skills of medical personnel and health services in the diagnostic, audiological and surgical fields and to raise awareness of the issue of deafness through prevention, information and awareness activities aimed at families.
