The John Paul II Foundation is a Third Sector entity as it is registered with the Runts on 06/10/2023.
Under these provisions, individuals may alternatively:
- deduct disbursements made to our Foundation in the amount of 30% up to a maximum of €30,000;
- deduct disbursements made to our Foundation within the limit of 10% of total declared income*.
Legal entities may: deduct donations made to our Foundation within the limit of 10% of their total declared income*.
The association in compliance with Art. 83 Legislative Decree 117/17 will use the funds received to carry out statutory activities for the exclusive pursuit of civic, solidarity and socially useful purposes.
