Organization chart

Underlying the efforts of the John Paul II Foundation is an organizational structure designed to support the work of those in the field, in Italy and abroad, on a daily basis.

The different areas-from communication to planning, from administration to fundraising, to reception and human resources management-work in close synergy under the coordination of the President, in a model that values collaboration between people and skills. Area managers meet regularly to plan activities, share information, and build together coherent, effective action that is close to the real needs of the communities with which we are in dialogue.

The organization is not just a set of roles: it is the way we choose to walk together, day by day, with accountability and transparency.
