Personal data controller

The John Paul II onlus Foundation for Dialogue, Cooperation and Development, with registered office at Via del Proconsolo 16, 50122, Florence, Italy, is the controller of personal data, pursuant to REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Methods and purposes of personal data processing

The John Paul II Foundation processes personal data collected through this site in order to carry out the activities envisaged by the Foundation's Statute, including, by way of example, to inform its supporters as well as newsletter subscribers about its projects and to solicit donations from them in favor of the institution and its beneficiaries.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The personal data voluntarily transmitted by the user - e.g., as a result of subscribing to the newsletter, filling out forms and forms, sending donations and/or through the sending of e-mail messages and resumes - (hereinafter, "Personal Data") may be processed for purposes related to the mutual obligations arising from the relationship between the user and the John Paul II Foundation, in compliance with current regulations and confidentiality obligations.

Personal Data, in case it is necessary, may be disclosed to some external parties, such as to those in charge of logistics and shipping activities in cases where thank-you letters, information or aimed at fundraising are sent; to banking institutions, for the management of collections and payments, including also providers of remote electronic payment services, it being understood that these parties will not in turn proceed to the disclosure of your data to third parties.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, submit a resume or email, fill out a form, and/or make a donation to us, through this website or other means, you agree to this privacy policy and authorize us to process your Personal Data in accordance with the purposes and in the manner indicated.
