The 94th Plenary Assembly of the R.O.A.C.O. kicks off.

From June 21-24, the 94th Plenary Assembly of the R.O.A.C.O. (Riunione delle Opere di Aiuto alle Chiese Orientali), a committee of the Holy See that brings together some 20 agencies and organizations from different countries around the world, will be held in Rome. All of the organizations are involved in supporting Eastern Catholic communities in various areas, from building for places of worship to scholarships, from educational and scholastic institutions to those dedicated to social and health care.

As the John Paul II Foundation, we have been a member of R.O.A.C.O. since 2009.

The work will examine the situations of Christians in various eastern countries, from the Holy Land to Ethiopia, Syria to Iraq via Lebanon, Georgia and Armenia.
