The "Bread and Wine" Social Canteen is underway.

We are really happy to announce the official start of the "Bread and Wine" Social Canteen service, starting on Monday, March 15.

In spite of the restrictions imposed by the pandemic, we have in fact decided to start the service of free meal distribution to people and families in need in the Valdarno Aretino.

Since we cannot physically house people at our Villa Bettini location in Montevarchi (AR), meals will be cooked in the Bread and Wine kitchen and will be delivered to people's homes Monday through Friday.

It will also be possible for all of you to order "suspended lunch": for every lunch ordered take-out or home delivery you will donate a meal to a person in need .

Service is available in and around the Valdarno Valley areas.

Find all the information on Qoelet's website.

You can support the project with a donation on the website of the Foundation.

The "Bread and Wine" Social Canteen project is a collaboration between the John Paul II Foundation, the Fraternity of the Visitation and the social enterprise Qoelet .

The project was financed thanks to contributions from many supporters and the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze, which enabled the renovation of the kitchen and the purchase of machinery.
