Girls in Al Shuhada street

Some little girls approach curiously in Hebron's Suq. After the closure of "Al Shuhada Street," now called "Apartheid Street" by Palestinians, the Suq in the old city became the city's main shopping street. However, Jewish settler settlements have been established on the upper floors of the buildings, throwing garbage and feces onto the street below frequented by Palestinians, necessitating the installation of protective nets to prevent contamination. No net, however, can hold back the nauseating smell of garbage, as well as the palpable hatred of those who throw garbage on the heads of passersby.
