Our intervention aims to improve the quality and sustainability of the organizational and strategic management of rural enterprises and cooperatives that produce and market apricots in the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon. To this end, we are implementing efficient management and management control systems for agricultural supply chains to kick-start high quality, environmentally sustainable and labeled production.

Commercially, we have supported cooperatives in market analysis, facilitating direct access to new commercial channels. Finally, we are sharing, together with the project partners, our know-how to the public agencies responsible for supporting agricultural enterprises.
