Small Farmers - Empowerment of local cherry producers-Lebanon.

Like the other projects belonging to the Small Farmers program, this action is aimed at improving the quality and sustainability of organizational and strategic management, rural enterprises and cooperatives engaged in cherry production and marketing.

The project takes place in the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon and aims to support small-scale producers in the management control of the agricultural cherry supply chain in order to achieve high-quality, environmentally sustainable and certified production. As a result of our intervention and that of our partners, cooperatives and rural enterprises have gained access to new markets, thus being able to benefit from increased revenues and more lasting economic strength.
